JASON'S CREW
About

Jason. Master carpenter. Thirty years on the tools.

Brampton and Mississauga, mostly. Same hands you'd hire are the ones running the company.

/01The story

How Jason ended up running the Crew instead of building it.

Jason is a master carpenter. Thirty years in the trade and counting, in business since 1996, almost all of them in Brampton and Mississauga. He grew up out here and built his reputation hammer in hand, one job at a time. Kitchens, basements, decks, full additions. Custom carpentry where you can tell within five minutes who actually framed the room.

A few years back a run of injuries forced him to make a call. Step away from the trade he loves, or stay in it differently. He chose to stay.

These days Jason runs the crew instead of carrying every load himself. He still shows up on site. He still walks every job from the quote to the walk-through. The model just looks different now. He hires the right hands for the right job, vets every trade before they bid, and makes sure whoever shows up at your door brings their A-game and finishes clean.

That is the whole reason Jason's Crew exists. The same standards he held himself to for thirty years, now applied to the people who work under his name.

/02How the Crew works

An in-house team, not just a marketplace.

Most of what comes through Jason's Crew is bid out on the open board. Anyone with the right trade and the right region can put their name in. That works well for one-off jobs, fence panels, a paint touch-up, a fast landscape cleanup before a long weekend.

The Crew is different. Fully vetted. Every member has been on the tools long enough to know what good looks like, and every member has shown up for us, on the dot, on multiple jobs. When a customer's putting big money on the line, a kitchen rebuild, a stone front porch, a full back-yard re-do, the Crew takes that work and Jason walks every step of it himself.

/03For tradespeople

Earned, not asked for.

You can't apply to the Crew directly. You sign up on the contractor board like everyone else. You bid on jobs, you do clean work, you finish on time. Once a tradesperson has won and delivered enough jobs, Jason extends an invite. After that, Crew-only jobs come straight to your inbox before they hit the public board.

/04For customers

When to ask for the Crew.

Tick the Crew only box when you post if the job is a high-stakes, finish-it-right kind of build. Big renovations, custom carpentry, masonry work that has to weather Ontario winters, landscaping that has to look good for years. The Crew costs more than a low-end open bid, but you're paying for a known team with a track record on this board, supervised end to end by Jason.

Not sure which way to go? Post the job either way and we'll point you. Or just drop us an email at info@jasonscrew.com.
